Reception Desk
The reception desk of our center is located at the entrance, where our friendly and helpful staff will assist you with the registration process. We are dedicated to providing a calm and comfortable environment to help you relax upon your arrival. The center offers free Wi-Fi for wireless internet access and provides snacks and beverages. You can enjoy refreshments after your examination to regain your energy, and your accompanying friends and family can also use the internet service during the waiting period. If you have any needs, our staff is more than happy to provide you with relevant assistance. ^_^
Endoscopy Examination Room
The endoscopy rooms in our center is designed according to the highest medical standards and has been approved by the Hong Kong Office for Regulation of Private Healthcare Facilities, Department of Health. This is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of your examination process.
All endoscopy rooms are equipped the most advanced monitoring instruments. During the examination, we closely monitor your vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen levels to ensure the safe progression of the procedure.
Recovery Area
Our centre is equipped with a comfortable and tranquil recovery area, where patients can relax after the examination. You can rest in the recovery area after the examination to allow the effects of any anesthesia to wear off. The recovery area is equipped with a central monitoring system. Nurses closely monitor your vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram, during different stages before and after the examination to ensure your safety. Additionally, a call bell system is available in the recovery area. If you experience any discomfort or have any needs, simply press the call bell, and our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
All of our healthcare personnel are certified in basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and possess the necessary experience to handle various emergency situations.
VIP Lounge
We provide a VIP lounge where you and your loved ones can enjoy a peaceful and undisturbed private resting space. Your companions can comfortably wait for you on the sofa while you complete your examination. The VIP lounge is spacious and comfortable, equipped with amenities such as a high-definition television and wireless Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Consultation Room
The consultation room is specifically designed for initial consultation by the doctor. Inside this room, the doctor can provide you with a detailed explanation of the endoscopy examination process, discuss the examination results, and provide diagnoses and treatments. The relaxed atmosphere in the doctor’s consultation room helps you feel at ease and alleviates any anxiety you may have.
